Growing up my dad called us the sweat pant family because you couldn’t catch us still in jeans after work or school hours. And honestly that couldn’t be more true than ever. While the legging trend surged (and is likely still the more flattering option) I have always preferred an amazing pair of sweats.

To me, the perfect formula is an ankle that is cinched but not too tight with a rope draw string. I’ve always loved what the perfectwhitetee brand is doing… they make their product in the US and everything has the perfect worn in touch. If your budget allows these are the best. But if you’re like me and have a high chance of your toddler giving you a massive ketchup hug then I find these aerie joggers the better option. And then honestly for the price the Old Navy sweats are great too. Between the 2 of us we own them all!

Pair them back to our one of our favorite white tees and a cashmere sweater and you are what we would consider cozy chic. It gives us Cameron Diaz vibes from the movie the Holiday. No promises that Jude Law will show up at your door though. And then if you are like us and running around town on the weekend with no time do your hair nothing is cuter than the Polo hat.
